What private label formats are available?
Private-label packaging includes glass bottles and tins from 250 ml up to 5 litres. If you prefer to bottle yourself or in your own market, bulk formats are also available: flexitanks, 1,000-litre IBC totes and 200-litre steel or HDPE drums. Minimum order quantities vary by format.
How the private label process works
- Define your needs: tell us the volume, grade, bottle or tin size and certifications for your brand.
- Test blind samples: we send coded samples from 2–3 matched producers, each with an independent Certificate of Analysis covering acidity, peroxide value, UV coefficients, fatty acids, waxes and organoleptic assessment.
- Choose and contract: after you select your preferred lot, grade, origin, packaging and Incoterms are fixed in writing in two separate contracts, one with the producer and one with you.
- Ship: we coordinate documents and delivery under FOB, CIF or DDP terms.
Certifications for your label
Depending on the producer, Tunisia can supply EU Organic, USDA Organic, Kosher, Halal and GlobalG.A.P. certified oil. Tunisia is the world’s number one organic olive oil producer, and olives are hand-picked. Chetoui oils in particular can reach polyphenol levels of 300–500 mg/kg or more.
